克隆性造血及其与血液肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:3

Progress of clonal hematopoiesis and its relationship with hematological malignancies

摘要 随着高通量基因测序技术的应用,近年来发现在意义未明的特发性血细胞减少症患者、再生障碍性贫血患者,甚至健康成年人的血细胞中有相当比例的体细胞基因突变和克隆性造血现象。进一步研究又提出不确定潜能的克隆性造血、意义未明的克隆性血细胞减少症、具有肿瘤进展潜能的克隆性造血等概念。研究还发现克隆性造血与炎症、心血管病、实体肿瘤及治疗相关的髓系肿瘤等也有密切关系。文章结合第61届美国血液学会年会报道对克隆性造血与血液肿瘤关系研究进展进行介绍。 With the application of high-throughput gene sequencing,a proportion of somatic gene mutations and clonal hematopoiesis has been found in cases with idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance,aplastic anemia,and even in the blood cells of healthy adults.Further researches also put forward concepts such as clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate significance,clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance,clonal hematopoiesis with oncogenic potential.Studies also showed that clonal hematopoiesis is closely related to inflammation,cardiovascular diseases,solid tumors,and treatment-related bone marrow neoplasms.This article introduces the research progress of clonal hematopoiesis and its relationship with hematological malignancies in combination with the reports at the 61st American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
