摘要
目的探讨PICC专科护士工作动机、自我效能对工作投入的影响并建立三者之间的关系模型。方法2019年4月23-25日采用一般自我效能量表(GSES)、工作投入量表(UWES)及工作动机问卷对重庆市8所三级医院和5所二级医院的247名PICC专科护士通过网络问卷进行调查,通过相关分级及结构方程模型分析各维度之间的相互关系。结果247名PICC专科护士工作动机得分为1(0,1)分;GSES的总得分为30(26,32)分;UWES的总得分为82(68,91)分。Spearman相关性分析显示,工作动机、GSES得分与UWES各维度得分间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结构方程模型拟合良好(AGFI=0.92,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.93),工作动机可直接或通过自我效能作用于工作投入。结论PICC专科护士工作动机、自我效能与工作投入得分均较高,工作动机、自我效能均对工作投入有正向影响,其中PICC专科护士的工作动机可直接或通过自我效能作用于工作投入。医院管理者可从内部和外部提升PICC护士工作动机,增强其的工作信心和解决问题的能力,从而提高在工作中的投入程度。
Objective To explore the effects of work motivation and self-efficacy on work involvement of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)specialized nurses and to establish the relationship model among them.Methods From April 23 to April 25,2019,247 PICC specialist nurses in 8 ClassⅢhospitals and 5 ClassⅡhospitals in Chongqing were surveyed through a network questionnaire by using General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES)and Work Motivation Questionnaire.The structural equation model analyzes the interrelationships between the dimensions.Correlation classification and structural equation model were used to analyze the relationship among dimensions.Results The total score of work motivation of 247 PICC specialized nurses was 1(0,1),the total score of GSES was 30(26,32)and the total score of UWES was 82(68,91).Spearman correlation analysis showed that work motivation,GSES score and UWES score were positively correlated(P<0.05).The structural equation model fitted well(AGFI=0.92,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.06,CFI=0.93),and work motivation could affect work involvement directly or through self-efficacy.Conclusions The scores of work motivation,self-efficacy and work involvement of PICC specialized nurses are all relatively high,and both work motivation and self-efficacy have positive effects on work involvement.Among which,the work motivation of PICC specialized nurses can affect work involvement directly or through self-efficacy.Hospital managers can improve the motivation of PICC nurses from the inside and outside and enhance their confidence in work and the ability to solve problems,thereby increasing their work involvement.
