齿槽嵴裂牙齿种植的研究进展

摘要 齿槽嵴裂牙齿种植用于唇腭裂畸形康复有20多年,是在自体颗粒松质骨和骨髓移植(PCBM)术后用义齿进一步修复无牙的齿槽裂区域.齿槽裂区移植材料的体积与质量是种植术成功的决定性因素.因此,PCBM术后通常需要补充性植骨来提高牙槽骨高度(IBAH)以便牙种植体植入.概述齿槽嵴裂患者牙齿种植的时机与特殊性,术后牙齿种植疗效、成功率及影响因素.
