摘要
针对既有建筑加装电梯常见的浅底坑问题,重点研究了GB/T 28621-2012《安装于现有建筑物中的新电梯制造与安装安全规范》中关于"减小的底部间距"所采用的安全要求和安全措施。通过分析一种"可移动止停装置+安全系统+可伸展护脚板"技术方案,同时,根据TSG T7001-2009《电梯监督检验与定期检验规则—曳引与强制驱动电梯》和GB/T28621-2012,研究制定了专项检验要求。经现场验证,相关装置能确保作业人员在底坑作业时的安全空间,达到GB 7588-2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》对底坑安全空间等效安全的要求,解决了既有建筑加装电梯中"浅底坑"的技术难题。
In view of the common shallow pit problem of installing elevators in existing buildings, the safety requirements and safety measures are studied for the reduced bottom clearance mentioned in GB/T 28621-2012 "Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of New Lifts in Existing Building". By analyzing a technical solution of "movable stop device + safety system + extendable foot guard", and according to TSG T7001-2009 "Regulation for Lift Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection-Traction and Positive Drive Lift" and GB/T 28621-2012, special inspection requirements are formulated. After on-site verification, the relevant devices can ensure the safety space for the operators when working in the pit, meet the equivalent safety space required by GB 7588-2003 "Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation of Electric Lifts", and solve the shallow pit problem of installing elevators in existing buildings.
