Research on the Early Warning Mechanism for Risks to Listed Companies

上市公司风险预警评估机制的建立和优化,对我国资本市场监管长效机制建设具有重要意义。本文从上市公司面临的四类主要风险入手,对上市公司风险预警评估机制的内涵、功能、特点、效用及建立机制的技术可行性进行了探讨,并就机制优化和相关制度的配套改革进行了思考。

The establishment and optimization of an early-warning mechanism for assessing risks to listed companies is of great significance to the long-term supervision of China’s capital market.This paper examines four main types of risks faced by listed companies.It discusses the connotations,functions,characteristics,and effectiveness of the early-warning assessment mechanisms for listed companies.It evaluates the technical feasibility of establishing such mechanisms and suggests ways to optimize them and reform the necessary support structures.
