磁致伸缩径向双柱塞泵驱动作动器调速方案分析 被引量:2

摘要 介绍作动器的结构组成,并对作动器工作原理进行分析。对旋转主动阀的配流过程进行分析,得到主动阀旋转过程中通流面积的变化规律。依据磁致伸缩材料输出特性以及旋转主动阀配流特性设计调频调速、调相调速及调幅调速3种方案对作动器输出流量进行调节。对比分析3种方案优缺点,并选择调幅调速作为作动器调速方案。基于调幅调速结合调相换向设计作动器位置控制方案,搭建测试平台进行实验验证。结果表明,所设计方案能够使作动器实现位移跟踪,跟踪幅值3 mm、频率4 Hz,正弦位移相对误差为0.87%。 The structure of a magnetostrictive actuator is introduced firstly,and the working principle of the actuator is analyzed.In order to obtain the change rule of the flow area,we analyze the oil distribution process during the rotation of the active rotary valve.Subsequently,on the basis of the output characteristics of the magnetostrictive rods and oil distribution characteristics of active rotary valve,we present three velocity regulation strategies to change the output flow rate of the actuator.The three velocity regulation strategies are frequency modulation,phase modulation and amplitude modulation,respectively.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of three velocity regulation strategies are compared.As a result,the amplitude modulation is selected as the velocity regulation strategy.Finally,combined with a direction control strategy,we propose a control strategy to achieve the position control of the actuator and we establish an experimental platform to verify the rationality of the designed strategy.The results show that the relative error is 0.87%while tracking a sinusoidal displacement with amplitude of 3 mm and frequency of 4 Hz.
