摘要
气垫悬浮系统利用压缩空气使气垫与地面形成气膜,具有承载力大、对地面破坏小、底盘低、摩擦力小等优点。气垫的承载特性对于搬运系统的设计至关重要,决定着压缩机的功率大小。利用软件对气垫流场进行建模及模型离散化,并利用计算流体动力学分析软件Fluent对气垫单元的承载特性进行了仿真分析。仿真获取了一定厚度气膜下气扩垫内流场压力、速度云图,同时分析得到了气垫承载力和供气量等技术参数与供气压力、气膜厚度、进气孔径等气垫设计参数之间的匹配关系,为气垫搬运系统的设计提供理论支持。
The air cushion suspension system uses compressed air to form a gas film between the air cushion and the ground,which has the advantages of large bearing capacity,small damage to the ground,low chassis and low friction.The load bearing characteristics of the air cushion are critical to the design of the handling system and determine the power of the compressor.The flow field of air cushion is modeled and discretized by software,and the computational fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent is used to simulate the bearing characteristics of the air cushion unit.The flow field pressure and velocity cloud map of the air film under the air film are obtained,and the matching relationship between the technical parameters,such as bearing capacity and air supply volume of air cushion,and air cushion design parameters such as,air supply pressure,air film thickness and air inlet aperture is simulated and analyzed,therefore,it provides theoretical supports in designing the air cushion handling system.
