摘要
将三通阀控单作用缸的新型结构应用于炮控性能测试系统,在介绍了炮控性能测试系统的主要组成和工作原理的同时,着重分析了该测试系统的执行机构在系统位置控制方面的应用。通过对执行机构进行数学建模,模型降阶处理,设计了速度反馈校正、串联滞后-超前校正控制器。对闭环后模型的仿真分析得出控制器参数,并用于系统试验验证,系统满足平稳性、快速定位、快速撤离指标要求。拓展了三通阀在位置伺服系统中的应用,对工程具有很强的指导意义。
The new structure of the three-way valve-controlled single-acting cylinder is applied to the tank gun control performance test system in the study.The paper focuses on the position of the system's actuator control applications,While the main composition and working principle of the tank gun control performance test system are introduced.By mathematically modeling the actuator and reducing the model order,a speed feedback correction and a series lagging-advance correction controller are designed.After the closed-loop simulation analysis,the controller parameters are obtained and used for system test verification.The system meets the requirements of stability,rapid positioning,and rapid evacuation.This research expands the application of the three-way valve in the position servo system and has a strong guiding significance for engineering.
