弹射座椅模拟器液压系统建模与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 为实现弹射座椅模拟器在弹射过程中保持匀速运动,提出一种用调速阀保证弹射速度恒定的液压弹射方案。介绍了该液压弹射系统的工作原理,建立了系统的数学模型,并运用AMESim软件对系统进行建模与仿真。仿真结果表明,调速阀能保证弹射速度恒定,验证了所提方案的合理性;在调速阀的作用下,改变蓄能器供油压力和负载对弹射过程中的匀速运动没有影响,改变调速阀的出油口直径会明显改变弹射速度,调速阀出油口直径越大弹射速度越大。 To keep the ejection seat simulator moving at a constant speed during the ejection process,a hydraulic ejection scheme with a speed control valve to ensure a constant ejection speed is proposed.Firstly,the working principle of the hydraulic ejection system is introduced and the mathematical model of the system is established.Then,the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated with AMESim.The simulation results show that the speed control valve ensures constant ejection speed and the hydraulic ejection scheme is verified to be reasonable.Due to the role of the speed control valve,changing the oil supply pressure of the accumulator and the load have no effect on the uniform motion during the ejection process.Changing the diameter of the oil outlet of the speed control valve will change the ejection speed and the larger the outlet diameter of the speed control valve,the larger the ejection speed.
