全尾砂改性固化力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为实现浓缩全尾砂固化堆存,达到地表无害化处理目的,选用矿渣粉、生石灰、工业石膏和膨润土开发尾砂改性固化剂。以三山岛金矿全尾砂为研究对象,测定了尾砂的物化性质;设计了改性固化剂配比试验和正交试验,对固结体强度的影响因素进行了分析,确定了改性固化剂的最佳配比。结果表明:随着生石灰、工业石膏和膨润土占比的增加,尾砂固结体强度变化为先增大后减小,尾砂料浆浓度越大,固结体强度越大;工业石膏的含量变化对尾砂固结体的强度影响最显著;在灰砂比1∶20条件下,适合三山岛全尾砂固结的最佳改性固化剂配比为矿渣粉78.8%、生石灰13%、工业石膏7%、膨润土1.2%。 To achieve the purpose of solidifying and stacking the tailings and surface harmless disposal,the slag,quicklime,industrial gypsum,and bentonite were selected as components to develop the tailing modifying and solidifying agent.The unclassified tailings of Sanshandao gold mine samples were used to test the physical and chemical properties.The ratio test and the orthogonal test were designed to analyze the influence factors of the strength of the consolidated body,and then the best ratio of the agent was determined.The results indicated that with the increase in the proportion of quicklime,industrial gypsum,bentonite,the consolidated body strength increases first and then decreases.The consolidated body strength increased with the increase of tailings slurry concentration.The content of industrial gypsum had the most significant influence on consolidated body strength.When the ratio of lime to sand was 1∶20,the best ratio of the agent was slag 78.8%,quicklime 13%,industrial gypsum 7%,bentonite 1.2%,which is suitable for Sanshandao unclassified tailings solidification.
