河道底泥轻质陶粒的制备及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以河道底泥为主要原料,以粉煤灰、黏土为辅料,通过对原料的化学成分、矿物物相分析,考察其制备轻质陶粒的可行性。分别研究了原料配比、烧结温度及烧结时间等对陶粒性能的影响并对陶粒进行微观结构及矿物组成分析。结果表明,在原料配比m(河道底泥)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(黏土)为4∶2∶4,预热温度350℃,时间20 min,烧结温度1180℃,时间5 min时,可制备出堆积密度为0.73 g/cm^3,表观密度为1.39 g/cm^3,空隙率为48.1%,抗压强度为5.11 MPa的河道底泥轻质陶粒;河道底泥陶粒中的重金属浸出毒性远低于原料,因此用河道底泥制备轻质陶粒是可行的。 Taking the river sediment as the main raw material with fly ash and clay as the auxiliary materials,and the feasibility of preparing the lightweight ceramsite was investigated by analyzing the chemical composition and mineral composition.The effects of raw material ratio,sintering temperature and sintering time on the properties of ceramsite were studied.The microstructure and mineral composition of ceramsite were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The lightweight ceramsite can be prepared when the raw material ratio of the river sediment,fly ash and clay is 4∶2∶4,at the preheating temperature 350°C for 20 min,and the sintering temperature 1180°C for 5 min.The bulk density and the apparent density were 0.73 g/cm^3 and 1.39 g/cm^3,and the porosity and the compressive strength were 48.1%and 5.11 MPa.The heavy metal leaching toxicity is much lower than that of the raw material which shows that it is feasible to prepare lightweight ceramsite from the river sediment.
