摘要
火灾发生后,室内处于高温状态,救生舱主要通过良好的隔热性能和适宜的制冷系统来满足高层被困人员的生存环境需求。建立了防火型家用救生舱围护结构的数值模型,计算分析了有/无相变填充层下围护结构的绝热性能,并且优化了含相变填充层的舱体围护结构。结果表明:针对防火型家用救生舱的隔热结构,加设相变填充层能够有效降低围护结构的整体厚度,且无需配置相关制冷设施,提高了救生舱的有效容积;另外,优化含相变填充层的舱体围护结构时,不仅需要考虑舱内温度,还要考虑多重绝热结构下每种保温材料的适用温度。
After the fire,the room is in a very high temperature state.Good thermal insulation and suitable refrigeration system are used to maintain the living environment of the trapped persons in the Fireproof Home Rescue Cabin.In this paper,a numerical model of enclosure structure with Fireproof Home Rescue Cabin is established,and the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure with/without phase change thermal storage is calculated and analyzed.Finally,the enclosure structure of cabin with phase change thermal storage was optimized.The research results show that adding phase change thermal storage can effectively reduce the overall thickness of the cabin thermal insulation structure,and it does not need to configure refrigeration system,the effective volume of cabin is increased.In addition,the optimization of cabin enclosure structure with phase change filling layer needs to consider not only the temperature in the cabin,but also the suitable temperature of each insulation material under multiple insulating structure.
