酪酸梭菌与胃肠道及肝脏疾病的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 酪酸梭菌作为一种革兰阳性厌氧杆菌,从其发现、研究、开发到今天的广泛应用已经有140年的历史。相关作用机理研究发现,其具有调节肠道菌群平衡、保护肠道黏膜、增强宿主免疫力、抗肿瘤、调控基因表达和抑制炎症反应等多方面的作用。酪酸梭菌作为一种微生态制剂,已广泛应用于医药、保健和水产等多种行业,尤其在预防与治疗菌群失调引起的相关腹泻、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、结直肠癌及肝性脑病、肝硬化等肝脏疾病方面已有深入研究,一直是微生态领域研究的热点。因此,本文就酪酸梭菌与胃肠道及肝脏疾病的相关研究进展进行简要综述。 As a Gram-positive anaerobic bacterium,Clostridium butyricum has been used as a probiotic for about 140years from its discovery,research and development to its widespread use today.The related research on its mechanism of action has found that it has the functions of regulating intestinal flora balance,protecting intestinal mucosa,enhancing host immunity,inhibiting tumors,regulating gene expression,and inhibiting inflammatory response,etc.As a microecological preparation,it is widely used in various industries such as medicines,health care,aquatic products,and other industries,especially in the prevention and treatment of dysbacteria caused by diarrhea,inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,colorectal cancer and hepatic encephalopathy,liver cirrhosis and other liver diseases.It has always been a hot research topic in the microecological field.Therefore,in this paper,the progress in research on Clostridium butyricumin gastrointestinal and liver diseases is briefly reviewed.
