摘要
氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷(Y-TZP)与其他稳定类型的氧化锆陶瓷相比,具有烧结温度低、高硬度、断裂韧性和抗弯强度以及良好的生物相容性等优点,因此成为目前最理想的齿科修复材料之一。但是氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷的高硬度、高强度也给牙科修复材料的制造工艺带来了一定的困难。总结了氧化钇稳定的氧化锆陶瓷的制备方法和成型工艺,指出了不同制备方法和成型工艺的优点和不足,并对医用氧化锆陶瓷未来的发展趋势提出了展望。
Compared with other stable zirconia ceramics,yttria stabilized zirconia ceramics(Y-TZP)have the advantages of low sintering temperature,high hardness,fracture toughness and flexural strength,as well as good biocompatibility,so they have become one of the most ideal dental repair materials at present.However,the high hardness and strength of yttria stabilized zirconia ceramics also bring some difficulties to the manufacturing process of dental repair materials.In this paper,the preparation methods and molding processes of yttria stabilized zirconia ceramics are summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods and molding processes are pointed out.In the end,the future development trend of medical zirconia ceramics is prospected.
