摘要
随着陶瓷喷墨打印技术的快速发展,钴蓝系陶瓷色料已经成为最重要的一种陶瓷色料。采用燃烧法合成Cu0.2Co0.8Al2O4蓝色色料,与传统的钴蓝色料(CoAl2O4)的合成温度需要超过1000℃不同,该色料的合成温度仅为700℃。通过研究煅烧温度对晶相组成,微观结构及色度值的影响,揭示了Cu0.2Co0.8Al2O4色料实现低温合成的根本原因是Cu^2+活化晶格的作用。为制备蓝色陶瓷色料提供了一种低成本,低能耗的研究途径。
With the rapid development of ceramic inkjet printing technology,cobalt blue series pigments have become one of the most important ceramic pigments.This article has prepared the Cu0.2Co0.8Al2O4 blue pigment via combustion method.It is different from the synthesis temperature of more than 1000℃of the CoAl2O4 pigment,the synthesis temperature of Cu0.2Co0.8Al2O4 pigment is only 700℃.By studying the influence of calcination temperature on crystal phase composition,microstructure and chromaticity value,it is revealed that the fundamental reason for the low temperature synthesis of Cu0.2Co0.8Al2O4 pigment is the effect of Cu^2+activating the lattice.This study provides a low-cost,low-energy research approach for the preparation of blue ceramic pigments.
