阿拉伯婆婆纳种子萌发特性及萌发期耐盐性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以野生蓝色花卉阿拉伯婆婆纳种子为试验材料,对其萌发特性及萌发期耐盐性进行研究。结果表明:阿拉伯婆婆纳新鲜种子存在休眠,赤霉素处理能有效打破休眠,浓度为50 mg·L^-1处理效果最好;种子萌发对温度要求不高, 15~35℃范围内发芽率均在90%以上,最适合萌发温度为25~30℃,变温不利于种子萌发;种子在土壤表层和覆土0.5 cm时萌发情况较好,覆土3 cm时种子不出苗,种子萌发受黑暗抑制;25~50 mmol·L^-1 NaCl胁迫能促进阿拉伯婆婆纳种子萌发和幼根生长,种子能较好地耐受低盐胁迫。 Seeds germination characteristics and salt resistance during seeds germination stages of Veronica persica Poir. were studied in order to provide reference for its introduction and cultivation. The results showed that the fresh seeds of V.persica had dormancy characteristic and gibberellin could effectively break dormancy and the concentration of 50 mg·L^-1 was the optimal value;Seeds germinated at temperatures ranging from 15 to 35 ℃ with higher than 90% germination rates, the optimal temperature for germination was 25 to 30 ℃, and the treatment with changing temperature was bad for germination;Seeds germinated better when they were on the-soil surface or covered with 0.5 cm soil, no seedlings emerged under 3 cm soil;Seeds germination was inhibited by darkness;25-50 mmol·L^-1 NaCl stress could improve seeds germination and root growth of V.persica, which indicated that V.persica. seeds could tolerate low salt stress better.
