舒泰与陆眠宁配伍对小鼠麻醉的精准控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过比较舒泰与陆眠宁9个不同浓度组合C57BL/6小鼠麻醉的诱导时间、麻醉时间和恢复时间,初步评价舒泰和陆眠宁的麻醉效果,探索舒泰与陆眠宁配伍对C57BL/6小鼠麻醉的精准控制方案。结果表明:随着2种药物浓度的增加,诱导时间逐步缩短,麻醉时间和恢复时间逐渐增加,但剂量和时间并不呈线性相关关系,增加舒泰剂量产生的效果优于陆眠宁。在不产生可逆性眼球发白及死亡的情况下,舒泰30 mg·kg^-1配比陆眠宁40 mg·kg^-1的组合能最快诱导麻醉,麻醉时间也最长。 By comparing the induction time, anesthesia time, and recovery time of anesthesia on C57 BL/6 mice with different concentration combinations of Zoleti and Xylazine hydrochloride injection, the anesthesia effect of Zoleti and Xylazine hydrochloride injection was initially evaluated. The precise control scheme of anesthesia for C57 BL/6 mice was explored by the compatibility of Zoleti and Xylazine hydrochloride injection. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of the two drugs, the induction time decreased gradually, the anesthesia time and recovery time gradually increased, but the dose and time did not have a linear correlation. The effect of increasing the Zoleti dose was better than that of Xylazine hydrochloride injection. In the absence of reversible whitening and death, the combination of Zoleti 30 mg·kg^-1 and Xylazine hydrochloride injection 40 mg·kg^-1 was the fastest to induce anesthesia and the longest anesthesia.
