摘要 桃枝枯病是为害我国桃产区桃树的重要病害,使用化学杀菌剂可有效防治其发生。为获得高效、安全和环保的防治药剂,选用环境友好型溶剂S-200,采用低能乳化法制备苯醚甲环唑纳米乳剂。通过对乳化剂种类、用量及乳化方法的筛选,最终确定了10%苯醚甲环唑纳米乳剂的优化配方:有效成分苯醚甲环唑、助溶剂乙醇、溶剂油S-200、乳化剂EL-40质量分数分别为10%、8%、8%、8%,用去离子水补足至100%。该纳米乳剂在室温、冷贮、热贮下稳定,各项技术指标符合要求。与其他剂型相比,该配方对桃枝枯病菌的抑菌活性更为明显。 Peach shoot blight is an important plant disease affecting peach trees in peach production areas in China. The use of chemical fungicides can effectively prevent their occurrence. In order to obtain high-efficiency, safe and environmentally-friendly fungicide product, this study used S-200 as environmental protection solvent to prepare difenoconazole nanoemulsions by low-energy emulsification. Through the screening of the emulsifier type, dosage and emulsification method, the optimized formula of 10% difenoconazole nanoemulsion was finally determined: the active ingredient difenoconazole was 10%, the cosolvent ethanol was 8%, the solvent oil S-200 was 8%, the emulsifier EL-40 was 8%, and the deionized water was supplemented to 100%. The nanoemulsion is stable at room temperature, cold and heat storage, and various technical indicators meet the requirements. Compared with other formulations, the nanoemulsion has more obvious fungicidal activity against Phomopsis amygdali.
