摘要
再以硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸钛、羧甲基纤维素为原料制备聚硅酸铝钛-纤维素(PSiAT-CMC)絮凝剂,通过单因素实验方法考察了n(Al+Ti)/n(Si)、n(Ti)/n(Al)、m(CMC)/m(Si)及投加量的最佳值。采用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析对絮凝剂进行表征,并与聚硅酸铝进行了絮凝效果对比。实验证明纤维素与聚硅酸铝钛盐成功复合,PSiAT-CMC复合絮凝剂扩大了絮凝剂适用范围,提高了稳定性及絮凝性能。
Using sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate,titanium sulfate and CMC as the main raw material,PSiAT-CMC was produced.The optimum conditions of n(Al+Ti)/n(Si);n(Ti)/n(Al);m(CMC)/m(Si)and coagulant dosage were determined by means of single factor.Scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared flocculant.Experiments showed that the CMC,metal ions and polysilicic acid were composited successfully,the PSiAT-CMC flocculant enhanced the adsorption bridging action,expanded the application rang and improved the stability of flocculant.
