废无纺布-生物膜反应器处理城市生活污水研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研制成本低廉、性能优良的生物膜填料,以废无纺布(NWF0)、空气热氧化改性废无纺布(NWF1)和微波改性废无纺布(NWF2)作为生物膜填料,组建生物膜反应器,开展处理污水的实验研究。结果表明,含NWF2生物膜反应器(NWF2-R)具有更好的污水处理效果。较佳的DO的质量浓度、填料填充率和HRT分别为3 mg/L、6.0 g/L和8 h;稳定运行时,NWF2-R对实际城市生活污水中COD、NH4+-N和TP的去除率分别为92.1%、76.4%和53.7%左右。NWF1和NWF2表面增加了羰基和羟基等官能团,改善了无纺布填料的表面亲水性,更有利于挂膜;3种填料表面生物膜的脱氢酶活性大小为NWF2>NWF1>NWF0。研究可为废弃无纺布的综合利用提供了新途径。 In order to develop biofilm filler with low cost and excellent performance,the biofilm reactor was set up to carry out experimental research on sewage treatment,and the non-woven fabric(NWF0),air thermal oxidation modified non-woven fabric(NWF1)and microwave modified non-woven fabric(NWF2)as biofilm fillers.The results showed that,the biological membrane reactor containing NWF2(NWF2-R)had better sewage treatment effect.The preferred mass concentration of DO,filler filling rate and HRT were 3 mg/L,6.0 g/L and 8 h respectively.When operated stably,the removal rate of COD,NH4+-N and TP in real urban domestic sewage by NWF2-R was 92.1%,76.4%and 53.7%respectively.The surface of NWF1 and NWF2 increased the functional groups such as carbonyl and hydroxyl groups,which improved the surface hydrophilicity of the non-woven filler,and made the packing surface more favorable for hanging film.The relationship between the dehydrogenase activity of the biofilms on the surface of the three fillers was NWF2>NWF1>NWF0.The study can provide a new approach for the comprehensive utilization of non-woven fabrics.
