水解酸化-膜法A/O工艺处理花纸生产企业综合废水

摘要 花纸生产企业产生的综合污水排放量较大,污染较重,直接排放会对受纳水体生态环境造成污染。采用了水解酸化-膜法A/O工艺处理花纸生产企业综合废水,说明了各个构筑物设计原理和参数。运行结果表明:该组合工艺对环境影响小、运行管理简单、运行成本低廉、基建费用少,出水水质稳定优于GB8978-1996一级标准。 Synthetic wastewater from color paper production enterprise was large quantity and heavy polluted,which can cause pollution to the receiving water ecosystem when emission directly.The hydrolysis acidification and film A/O combinedprocess was applied for synthetic wastewater treatment from color paper production factory,the design mechanisms and parameters of every treatment units was introduced.The operational results showed that the combined process had some advantages included environment-friendly,simple management,low operation costand capital cost,and the effluent reached the first level standard of the’Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard’(GB8978-1996).
