基于DEA对淮河生态经济带农业趋同化研究

Research on Agricultural Productivity of Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt Based on DEA

国家发改委于2018年年底公布了《淮河生态经济带发展规划》,将淮河生态经济带列为国家重点发展战略.推动淮河生态经济带区域内农业分工与合作,具有重要的建设意义.针对淮河生态经济带农业分工与协作问题,基于数据包络分析、因子分析、农业的区域配置系数、聚类分析等方法,建立淮河生态经济带有关城市农业生产效率评价模型,及淮河生态经济带农业分工合作现状模型,并根据现状对现有城市聚类,在不同城市间进行分工合作,旨在对淮河生态经济带农业发展现状进行研究,并探索提高分工效率、提高专业化程度的途径,以促进发展区域绿色农业.

The"Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt Development Plan"at the end of 2018 was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission,and the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt is listed as a national key development strategy,which provided policy support for effectively promoting the development of the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt.The Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt as an important food production base in China,it is of great construction significance to promote agricultural division of labor and cooperation in the region.Aiming at the agricultural division of labor and collaboration in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt,based on data envelopment analysis,factor analysis,regional allocation coefficient of agriculture,cluster analysis and other methods,an evaluation model of urban agricultural production efficiency in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt and the Huaihe Ecological Economy.The current model of cooperation in agricultural division of labor,clusters existing cities according to the current situation,and conducts division of labor and cooperation among different cities.The current status of agricultural development in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt is studied and the ways to improve the efficiency of division of labor and the degree of specialization are explored.The development of regional green agriculture is promoted.
