硝酸甘油联合冠心丹参滴丸治疗老年冠脉支架术后稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of nitric glycerin combined Guanxin Danshen droppills in the treatment of stability angina after geriatric coronary stents

目的:探讨硝酸甘油联合冠心丹参滴丸治疗老年冠脉支架术后稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院老年心血管内科2010-01~2015-12收治的冠脉支架术后发生稳定性心绞痛患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组在冠心病2级预防治疗的基础上,对照组给予硝酸甘油,观察组给予硝酸甘油联合冠心丹参滴丸。治疗1个月后比较两组疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间及发作次数、硝酸甘油的用量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.30%,对照组为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间及发作次数、硝酸甘油用量均明显少于对照组(P<0.01),且无不良反应发生。结论:冠心丹参滴丸联合硝酸甘油治疗老年冠脉支架术后稳定性心绞痛疗效明显,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nitric glycerin in combination with Guanxin Danshen droppills in treatment of stability angina after coronary stents in the elderly.Methods:A total of 120 cases of stability angina after coronary stents from January 2010 to December 2015 were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.On the basis of coronary heart disease level 2 preventive treatment,control group was given nitric glycerin,observation group was given nitric glycerin combined Guanxin Danshen droppills.The degree,duration and frequency of pain,drug dosage of nitric glycerin werecompared after treatment.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in observation group was 93.30%,the control group was 75.00%,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain,duration and frequency of pain,drug dosage of nitric glycerin were lower in observation than those in control group(P<0.01),and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Nitric glycerin combined Guanxin Danshen droppill has good efficacy in treatment of stability angina after geriatric coronary stents,which is worthy of clinical application.
