摘要
非编码微小RNA(miRNA)通过与mRNA结合从而调控众多编码基因,其在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。本研究通过介绍miRNA的功能,总结其对胃肠道间质瘤发生、发展的影响。
Micro-RNA(miRNA)regulate a large number of coding genes by binding to mRNA.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumor.On the basis of introducing the function of miRNA,this paper summarizes its effect on the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
