临床护理在慢性再生障碍性贫血患者环孢素A治疗过程中的应用价值

Application value of clinical nursing in the treatment of cyclosporine A in patients with chronic aplastic anemia

目的:探究临床护理在慢性再生障碍性贫血患者环孢素A治疗过程中的应用价值,以便为以后的患者提供更加安全、快速与有疗效的治疗方式与护理方法。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年2月在本院接受治疗的慢性再生障碍性贫血患者68例,他们都使用环孢素A治疗,其中34例作为对照组给予常规护理,另外34例作为研究组给予优质的临床护理,将患者对两种护理的满意程度与治疗依从情况进行记录,并对治疗一段时间过后的外周血象的水平值进行观察记录。结果:通过记录观察分析,研究组的患者对护理的满意程度为97.1%(33/34),明显优于对照组患者对护理的满意程度82.4%(28/34),患者的治疗依从情况,研究组的依从度高达100.0%(34/34),对照组的患者依从度为85.3%(29/34),由此看来,对患者进行专业的优质护理可缓解医患关系紧张的现象,并有很好的治疗效果。对两组患者治疗一段时间之后的外周血象水平进行检查,发现相比于对照组,研究组的外周血象水平明显上升,表现良好,两组数据的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),可进行对比分析。结论:专业且优质的临床护理会对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者的治疗起到一定的促进作用,效果优于常规护理,可以在以后的治疗中应用。

Objective:To explore the value of clinical nursing in chronic aplastic anemia treated with cyclosporine A in order to provide safer,faster and more effective treatment and nursing methods for future patients.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with chronic aplastic anemia who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled.They were all treated with cyclosporine A,34 of whom were given routine care as a control group and 34 as a studygroup.The group gave high-quality clinical care,recorded the patient's satisfaction with the two treatments and the treatment compliance,and observed and recorded the level of peripheral blood after the treatment.Results:Through the observation and analysis,the satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was 97.1%(33/34),which was significantly better than the control group's satisfaction degree of care 82.4%(28/34).The patient's treatment compliance,research The compliance of the studygroup was as high as 100.0%(34/34),and the compliance of the patients in the control group was 85.3%(29/34).From this point of view,professional quality care for patients can alleviate the tension between doctors and patients,and haveagoodtreatmenteffect.The peripheral blood levels of the two groups of patients after treatment for a period of time were examined.It was found that the peripheral blood levels of the study group increased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conduct a comparative analysis.Conclusion:Professional and high-quality clinical care can promote the treatment of patients with chronic aplastic anemia.The effect is better than conventional care and can be applied in future treatment.
