98例煤工尘肺患者血常规指标特点探讨

Discussion on the characteristics of blood routine indexes in 98 patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis

目的:探讨98例煤工尘肺患者血常规指标特点。方法:选择本院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的98例煤工尘肺患者作为本次研究的观察组,同时选择98名健康的体检者作为本次研究的对照组,对比两组血常规相关指标水平的实际变化情况。结果:观察组与对照组红细胞计数、血小板计数、红细胞比容以及血红蛋白计数水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期煤工尘肺患者其红细胞计数、血小板计数、红细胞比容以及血红蛋白计数水平与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但Ⅲ期煤工尘肺患者红细胞计数、血小板计数、红细胞比容以及血红蛋白计数水平明显高于对照组相关指标水平,差异形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:随着患者病情的不断加重,Ⅲ期煤工尘肺患者的相关血常规指标水平的变化情况要明显高于健康者,所以,在临床中,应该对职工的体检进行高度的关注,做到早发现、早诊断以及早治疗,尽早采取有效的措施进行干预,从而防止患者病情加重。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of blood routine indexes in 98 patients with coal worker pneumoconiosis.Methods:98 cases of coal worker pneumoconiosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 98 healthy physical examiners were selected as the control group to compare the actual changes of blood routine related indexes between the two groups.Results:There was no statisticallysignificant difference in erythrocyte count,platelet count,hematocrit and hemoglobin count between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statisticallysignificant difference in platelet count,hematocrit and hemoglobin count between the two groups(P>0.05),but the levels of erythrocyte count,platelet count,hematocrit and hemoglobin count in stageⅢcoal worker pneumoconiosis patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the continuous aggravation of the patient's condition,the changes of related blood routine indexes in stageⅢcoal worker pneumoconiosis patients are significantly higher than those in healthy people.Therefore,in clinical practice,high attention should be paid to the physical examination of workers,so that early detection,early diagnosis and early diagnosis should be paid attention to.Treatment,as soon as possible to take effective measures to intervene,so as to prevent the aggravation of the patient's condition.
