依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗中重度急性一氧化碳中毒疗效分析 被引量:9

Efficacy analysis of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of moderate and severe acute carbon monoxide poisoning

摘要 目的对依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗中重度急性一氧化碳中毒临床疗效进行观察与分析。方法选取石河子大学医学院第一附属医院自2014年8月至2019年8月期间收治的146例中重度急性一氧化碳中毒患者作为本次的研究对象,随机分为对比组与实验组,各73例。对比组患者单纯予高压氧进行治疗,实验组患者在对比组基础上依达拉奉联合治疗。对照两组患者临床疗效、意识恢复时间及迟发性脑病发生情况,并以简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)分别评估两组患者的认知功能恢复状况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率与MMSE评分均显著高于对比组患者,且实验组患者的意识恢复时间显著短于对比组患者,以上均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),实验组患者的迟发性脑病发生率与对比组患者相比无显著差异,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对中重度急性一氧化碳重度患者进行依达拉奉联合高压氧治疗临床疗效显著,并能在保证安全性前提下帮助患者更好地恢复认知功能,具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of moderate and severe acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods A total of 146 patients with moderate to severe acute carbon monoxide poisoning who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group was 73 cases. The patients in the comparison group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the patients in the observation group were added with edaravone for combined treatment based on the patients in the comparison group. The clinical efficacy, time of consciousness recovery and the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy were compared between the two groups of patients, and the cognitive function recovery of the two groups of patients was evaluated by the MMSE scale. Results After the treatment was completed, the comparison showed that the total effective rate and MMSE score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the comparison group,and the consciousness recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the comparison group. The above differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05), the incidence of delayed encephalopathy in the observation group was not significantly different from that of the comparison group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusions The clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with moderate to severe acute carbon monoxide is significant, and it can help patients to better restore cognitive function while ensuring safety, which has high clinical application value.
