经腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响

The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer and its impact on quality of life of patients

目的探讨经腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2017年3月-2019年3月就诊于新疆生产建设兵团第二师库尔勒医院的84例前列腺癌患者分为两组,各42例。研究组行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术,对照组行开腹手术。对比两组手术相关指标、生活质量与并发症发生情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组住院时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间较少,手术时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组术后生活质量评分较高,并发症总发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌具有创伤小、出血量少、并发症少等优势,可有效缩短患者术后恢复时间,提高生活质量。

Objective Toinvestigate the clinical effect oflaparoscopic radical prostatectomyfor prostate cancer and its impact on quality of life of patients.Methods 84 patients with prostate cancer,who were admitted to the second division of Xinjiang production and construction corps,kurle hospital from March 2017 to March 2019,were randomly divided into two groups,for 42 cases in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and the patients in the control group were treated with open surgery.The surgical outcomes,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss,shorter intestinal function recovery time,and longer operation time(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer has the better advantages including less trauma,less bleeding and less complications,which can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients and improve the quality of life.
