摘要
目的探究血清胱抑素-C(Cys C)联合血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)以及尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)检测对于早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床诊断作用。方法随机纳入本院2018年6月-2019年6月间收治2型糖尿病(T2DM)、早期DN以及健康体检者各50例,分别建立T2DM组、早期DN组与健康组。检测并对比各组受检者血清SAA、Cys C与尿ACR指标水平。结果 DN组患者eGFR、血Cys C、血SAA与尿ACR相比T2DM组、健康组明显更高(P <0.05);T2DM组患者eGFR、血Cys C、血SAA与尿ACR相比健康组明显更高(P <0.05);Pearson相关性分析DN组患者血Cys C、血SAA与尿ACR指标发现,血Cys C与尿ACR呈正相关(r=0.635,P <0.05);血SAA与尿ACR呈正相关(r=0.667,P <0.05)。结论血Cys C、血SAA与尿ACR指标联合检测可用于早期DN患者的临床诊断。
Objective Toexplore the clinical diagnostic value ofserumcystatin-C(CysC)combined with serumamyloid A(SAA)and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR)in early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM), 50 patients with early DN and 50 healthy persons were randomly enrolled in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019. All cases were divided into three groups. They were T2 DM group, early DN group and healthy group. Serum SAA, Cys C and urinary ACR values were measured and compared in each group. Results Values of Urinary ACR, e GFR, blood Cys C, blood SAA in DN group were significantly higher than those in T2 DMgroup and healthy group(P < 0.05);e GFR, blood Cys C, blood SAA in T2 DMgroup were significantly higher than those in healthy group(P < 0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that blood Cys C, blood SAA and urinary ACR in DN group were positively correlated with urinary ACR. Serum SAA was positively correlated with urinary ACR(r = 0.667, P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined detection about serum Cys C, serum SAA and urinary ACR can be used for clinical diagnosis of early DN.
