优质护理病房中患者自理能力评估量表的应用

Application of Self-care Ability Assessment Scale in Quality Nursing Ward

目的探讨在优质护理病房中采用患者自理能力评估量表的应用效果。方法在2017年11月-2018年12月本院25679例住院患者中随机调查1280例,所有患者均使用自理能力评估量表来评估患者情况,并进行数据分析。结果全部患者护理满意率为99.38%,Barthel指数为(81.6±4.96)分,坠床、跌倒危险因素评分为(15.7±2.98)分。结论自理能力评估量表应用于优质护理病房中,能够在病房中合理为患者配备护理资源,也能够准确评估患者,以此提升患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of patient self-care ability assessment scale in quality nursing ward. Method From November 2017 to December 2018, 1280 inpatients in our hospital were randomly investigated. All patients were assessed by self-care ability assessment scale, and data were analyzed. Result The nursing satisfaction rate of all patients was 99.38%. Barthel index was(81.6+4.96). The risk factors of drop of bed and falling down were(15.7 +2.98). Conclusion Self-care ability assessment scale can be applied in high-quality nursing ward, and it can not only help administrator distribute nursing resources reasonably for patients in the ward, but also accurately assess patients in order to improve patient satisfaction. So it is worth promoting.
