摘要
油品的销售价格与原油密度有关,可通过控制不同密度原油的掺混比例来提升油品品质。针对现场多次测样发现混油密度并不符合线性加权规律,导致理论计算调配的混油密度与实测值存在偏差,影响原油销售效益的问题,通过多组室内混油密度实验结果,拟合了混油密度数学模型,并将该模型应用于现场原油的混输配比。结果表明,混油密度计算值与实测值平均误差可控制在0.0006 g/cm3以内,研究成果可为现场原油调配提供指导。
Since the selling price of oil products is related to the density of crude oil,the quality of oil products can be improved by controlling the mixing proportion of crude oil with different densities.However,it is found by many on-site tests that the density of oil mixture does not conform to the linear weighting law,resulting in the deviation between the density of oil mixture theoretically calculated and the measured value,which affects the sales benefit of crude oil.Therefore,based on the experimental results of mixed oil density in several groups,this paper fitted the mathematical model of mixed crude oil density.Field application of the model shows that the average error between the calculated value and the measured value can be controlled within 0.0006 g/cm3,and the research results can provide guidance for the field crude oil allocation.
