板蓝根超微粉对长大母猪繁殖性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究板蓝根超微粉对长大母猪繁殖性能的影响,为寻找抗生素替代品提供科学依据。试验选择2~8胎、健康的妊娠30 d长大母猪144头,按随机区组分为2组,每组72头。试验从母猪妊娠30 d开始至哺乳仔猪26 d断奶后发情配种结束。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组妊娠母猪、哺乳母猪饲喂基础饲粮+1%板蓝根超微粉,1个月连续饲喂7 d为1个疗程。结果表明,在妊娠母猪饲粮中添加板蓝根超微粉后,总产仔数、产活仔数分别较对照组提高了7.86%(P<0.05)、7.92%(P<0.05),初生窝重提高了11.94%(P<0.01),初生个体重提高了4.02%(P>0.05)。在哺乳母猪饲粮中添加板蓝根超微粉后,断奶窝重、断奶个体重、断奶日增重、21 d泌乳量分别较对照组提高了14.06%(P<0.01)、6.97%(P<0.01)、7.71%(P<0.01)、15.64%(P<0.01),断奶仔猪成活率提高了1.45%(P>0.05)。妊娠期和哺乳期饲粮中添加板蓝根超微粉后,妊娠期延长了2.4 d(P<0.01),妊娠期日采食量增加3.72%(P>0.05),哺乳期日采食量增加了6.62%(P<0.05)。母猪产程缩短54.58 min(P<0.01),断奶至发情配种时间缩短了7.17 d(P<0.01)。试验组妊娠期、哺乳期母猪尿液稠黄比降低了93.93%,母猪产后恶露比率降低了81.23%,哺乳仔猪腹泻频率降低62.81%(P<0.01)。该试验表明,在妊娠母猪、哺乳母猪饲粮中添加板蓝根超微粉后,提高了母猪繁殖性能和健康水平。 The purpose of this test is to study the effect of ultrafine Radix isatidis on reproductive performance of LY sows,and to provide a scientific basis for finding alternatives to antibiotics.In the test,144 sows with 2 to 8 fetuses and 30 days of healthy gestation were selected.According to the random zone composition,there were 2 groups of 72 sows.The test started from the 30th day of gestation of the sow to the end of estrus mating in sows after weaning.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was fed with basic diet+1%ultrafine Radix isatidis for pregnant sows and lactating sows.The course of treatment was 7 days in a month.The results showed that the total number of litters and live births increased by 7.86%and 7.92%(P<0.05),and the birth litter weight increased by 11.94%after adding the ultrafine Radix isatidis to the diet of pregnant sows(P<0.01),the average birth weight increased by 4.02%(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,weaning litter weight,weaning average weight,weaning day weight gain,and 21-day lactation volume were increased by 14.06%,6.97%,7.71%,and 15.64%(P<0.01),the survival rate of weaned piglets increased by 1.45%(P>0.05).Pregnancy and lactation diets were supplemented with isatis root ultrafine powder preparation,the gestation period was prolonged by 2.4 days(P<0.01),the feed intake during pregnancy increased by 3.72%(P>0.05),and the feed intake during lactation increased by 6.62%(P<0.05).The sow farrowing time was shortened by 54.58 minutes(P<0.01),and the weaning to estrus mating time was shortened by 7.17 days(P<0.01).The urine thick-yellow ratio of pregnant and lactating sows in the test group decreased by 93.93%,the postpartum lochia ratio decreased by 81.23%,and the diarrhea frequency of suckling piglets decreased by 62.81%(P<0.01).This test showed that the addition of ultrafine Radix isatidis to the diets of pregnant sows and lactating sows can improve the reproductive performance and health of sows.
