摘要
研究MC4R基因、SIM1基因在从江香猪不同组织中mRNA差异表达规律,探寻影响从江香猪能量代谢和脂肪沉积的数量性状基因座(QTL),为分子标记辅助选择提供依据。研究以从江香猪为试验材料,应用实时荧光定量PCR技术,检测MC4R基因、SIM1基因在从江香猪不同组织的mRNA相对表达量。结果显示,MC4R基因、SIM1基因在从江香猪各组织中均有表达,不同组织之间的相对表达量存在差异,MC4R基因相对表达量依次为:脾脏>小肠>脂肪>肝脏>肺>胃>心脏>肾脏>背肌,SIM1基因相对表达量依次为:脾脏>肾脏>脂肪>肝脏>小肠>胃>肺>心脏>背肌。
The experiment aimed to study on the mRNA differential expression of MC4R gene and SIM1 gene in different tissues for Congjiang pigs,and searching quantitative trait locus(QTL)affecting energy metabolism and fat deposition from Congjiang pigs,which providing evidence for molecular marker assisted selection.In this study,Congjiang pigs were used as test materials to detect the relative expression of MC4R gene and SIM1 gene in different tissues from Congjiang pigs by using Real-time PCR.The results showed that MC4R and SIM1 genes were expressed in all tissues from Congjiang pigs,which were difference in relative expression between different tissues.The relative expression of MC4R gene were spleen>small intestine>fat>liver>lung>stomach>heart>kidney>back muscle.The relative expression of SIM1 gene were spleen>kidney>fat>liver>small Intestine>stomach>lung>heart>back muscle.
