摘要
机制砂替代天然砂配制混凝土已成为必然趋势,其与减水剂的适应性在机制砂混凝土实际使用中有重要意义。本文在相同环境条件下选取不同石粉含量的机制砂与3种不同聚羧酸减水剂进行砂浆试验,从而对减水剂的饱和点和保坍性进行探究。继而对机制砂与减水剂的适应性进行分析,了解其中存在的规律,以便能更好地指导机制砂混凝土的施工。
At present, it has become an inevitable trend for machine-made sand to replace natural sand to prepare concrete, and its adaptability to water reducer is of great significance in the practical use of machine-made sand concrete. In this paper, under the same environmental conditions, three kinds of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents and machine-made sand with different stone powder content are selected for mortar test, so as to explore the saturation point and slump retention of water reducing agent. Then the adaptability of machine-made sand and water reducing agent is analyzed to understand the existing laws, so as to guide the construction of machine-made sand concrete.
