摘要
框支剪力墙能够为建筑物提供多种功能,但其会在楼层转换处发生刚度突变,影响建筑结构的抗震性能。本文分析了三种转换层设置位置及其对框支剪力墙结构抗震性能的影响,结论显示:转换层高度越高,对结构的抗震性能越不利;等效侧向刚度比越大,抗震性能越好。
The frame-supported shear wall has many functions in the building. However, the stiffness mutation can occur at the floor transition, which will affect the seismic performance of the building structure. In this paper, three locations of transfer floor and their influence on the seismic behavior of frame-supported shear wall structures are analyzed. The results show that the higher the location of transfer floor is, the worse the seismic performance is, and larger the equivalent lateral stiffness ratio is, the better the seismic performance is.
