LNG储罐高承台灌注桩“一体成型”施工关键技术研究

Study on key technology of “one-in-one” construction of high platform filling pile of LNG storage tank

本文针对一体成型施工法的灌注桩与上接桩(短柱)衔接施工技术、保障灌注桩中心与上接桩中心重合施工技术以及上接桩模板支护和灌注施工技术三方面关键技术进行深入分析,力求为同类型工程提供可参考的理论与实践基础。

In this paper, the key construction technologies of the one-in-one forming construction method, such as the connection construction technology between the cast-in-place pile and the up-connected pile(short column), the superimposition construction technology between the center of the safeguard cast-in-place pile and the center of the upconnected pile, and the formwork support and grouting construction technology of the up-connected pile, are analyzed and studied in depth, in order to provide a reference for the same type of engineering.
