摘要
金属银纳米粒子具有表面等离子共振效应,其他半导体材料通过原位还原法在其表面获得银纳米颗粒,能显著增强可见光吸收。而可见光响应的增强可以极大地提高光能的利用率,因此银纳米粒子在光催化及光能利用方面有着重要的研究意义。为此,对银纳米粒子的发展、制备方法及应用进行了综述,并展望了该材料的发展前景。
Metallic silver nanoparticles have surface plasmon resonance effect,and other semiconductor materials obtain silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)on the surface by in-situ reduction method,which can significantly enhance visible light absorption.The development,preparation methods and applications of Ag NPs were reviewed.In addition,the prospects for the development of this material were forecasted.
