摘要 聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫是一种耐温180~240℃且闭孔率大于90%的刚性发泡材料。配方组成、分子结构控制和相关发泡工艺步骤是制备PMI泡沫的关键技术。该种泡沫材料具有比强度高、比模量高和耐高温等特点,由于其良好的力学性能、介电性能、成型加工性能和化学稳定性,可以作为高性能夹层结构复合材料的理想芯材,在优化性能、降低成本和减轻质量等方面具备明显的优势。综述了目前国内外关于PMI泡沫材料的研究成果、应用现状以及国内研发单位和生产概况。 The PMI(polymethacrylimide)foam was one of the rigid polyimide foam materials which had heat resistance of 180~240℃ and greater than 90%closed cells.For preparation of PMI foams,the formula composition,molecular structure controls and the process of foaming are three key techniques.This kind of foam materials has high specific strengths,high modulus and high temperature resistant characteristics.The PMI foams are ideal core materials for high-performance composites with sandwich structure because of their excellent properties including dielectric properties,processing performance and chemical stability.The PMI foams has obvious advantages for optimum performance,reducing cost,reducing weight and so on.The researches,applications and production status of PMI foams in recent years were summarized.
