摘要
以线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)为基体,添加氢氧化镁(MH)、微胶囊化红磷(MRP)等助剂制备了不同配比的EVA/LLDPE复合材料,用不同的界面相容剂对复合材料进行界面改性,测定了复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能,遴选出最优配比及最佳界面相容剂。实验结果表明:EVA/LLDPE复合材料的阻燃性能随着MH含量的增大而提高;MH质量分数为40%时,复合材料综合性能较好。协同阻燃剂MRP提高了复合材料的阻燃性能,当MH、MRP、EVA、LLDPE质量比为40∶10∶30∶70时,复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能较好。界面相容剂EVA-g-MAH有效改善了阻燃剂与基体树脂的界面相容性,提高了复合材料的力学性能,复合材料燃烧时透光率达到82%,其难燃级别达到一级。
LLDPE matrix with different proportions of EVA(VA content of 28%),MH and MRP were prepared,and different kinds of interfacial compatibilizers were added to the optimal composite ratio for interfacial modification.The mechanical and flame retardant properties of LLDPE were measured,and the optimal ratio and the best interfacial compatibilizer were selected.The results shown that the flame retardant properties of the material increased significantly with the addition of MH compound flame retardant,and the overall performance was better when the content was 40%.The compounding of MRP improved the flame retardant properties of the composite.When the ratio of MH/MRP/EVA/LLDPE was 40∶10∶30∶70,the mechanical property and flame retardant property were the best.When the interface compatibilizer was EVA-g-MAH,the mechanical properties increased and the interface compatibility between the flame retardant and the matrix was effectively improved.The flammability level of LLDPE matrix composites reached one level,and the light transmittance reached 82%.
