摘要
利用有机海泡石(O-SEP)和苯乙基桥链9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DiDOPO)对环氧树脂(EP)进行阻燃改性,制备阻燃复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对O-ESP的结构进行表征,并利用热失重分析(TG)、UL-94垂直燃烧测试和锥形量热测试(CCT)等手段对EP复合材料的热稳定性能、力学性能和阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂可以实现海泡石的有机改性;O-SEP和DiDOPO的加入可以提高复合材料的弯曲强度和抗冲击强度;随着O-SEP和DiDOPO含量的增加,复合材料的热稳定性逐渐提高,O-SEP与DiDOPO具有较好的协同阻燃效果。
The epoxy resin(EP)composite flame-retardant was fabricated by adding organic sepiolite(O-SEP)and phenylethyl bridged 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DiDOPO).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was applied to explain the structural of O-SEP.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),UL-94 vertical combustion test and conical calorimeter(CCT)were applied to study the thermal stability,mechanical properties and flame retardancy of EP composites.Results showed that O-SEP could be fabricated,and O-SEP and DiDOPO could improve the blending strength and shock strength of the composites.Importantly,by adding O-SEP and DiDOPO,EP composites showed better flame-retardant performance when compared with pure EP.
