P(AA-co-S)高吸水性树脂的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸钾为引发剂,乙二醇为交联剂,添加含量不同(摩尔分数为0.5%,1%,5%和10%)的苯乙烯,制备了聚丙烯酸/苯乙烯二元无规共聚物[P(AA-co-S)]高吸水性树脂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜,热重分析仪表征了样品的结构、形貌和热稳定性,并系统研究了苯乙烯含量对P(AA-co-S)高吸水性树脂性能的影响。结果表明:P(AA-co-S)高吸水性树脂热稳定性好,苯乙烯的引入提高了树脂的吸液性能,苯乙烯含量为1%(摩尔分数)时,其吸水倍率最高,为784g/g,吸液速率为12.21s。与聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)相比,P(AA-co-S)高吸水性树脂吸水倍率提高了36%,吸液速率提高了16%。 Using acrylic acid as raw materials,potassium persulfate as initiator,ethylene glycol as cross-linker,different molar contents(0.5%,1%,5%and 10%)of styrene were added to prepare poly(acrylic acid-co-styrene)[P(AA-co-S)]based superabsorbent resin by aqueous solution.The chemical structure,microstructure and thermal behavior of the resin were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermal gravimetric(TG),respectively.The liquid absorption performance of the resin was measured,and the effect of styrene addition on the properties of the resin was investigated.The results showed that when the addition amount of styrene was 1%,the water absorption capacity of the P(AA-co-S)was significantly increased,with water absorption rate of 784g/g and liquid absorption rate of 12.21s.Compared with the sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent resin,the water absorption rate was increased by 36%,and the liquid absorption rate was increased by 16%.
