摘要
利用超声波对竹材进行萃取处理,对2组特定超声波参数,即超声波探头深度15mm、功率200W(15mm-200W)和超声波探头深度15mm、功率400W(15mm-400W)进行对比研究,寻找最佳的超声波处理条件。结果表明:与空白实验相比,超声波处理条件下,通过高效液相色谱仪成功萃取出愈创木酚、5-羟甲基糠醛、香草酸、香兰素和芥子醇等参与竹木质素生物合成的酚类物质,且酚类物质整体萃取率提高了2.6倍;15mm-200W超声波处理条件下,萃取出的酚类物质含量均明显高于15mm-400W条件下萃取物的含量,萃取过程中不使用化学试剂,绿色环保无污染。
Ultrasound assisted extraction of bamboo in aqueous media was investigated.Two sets of specific ultrasonic parameter conditions(ultrasonic probe depth of 15mm and powder of 200W)and(ultrasonic probe depth of 15mm and powder of 400W)were assessed for the optimum ultrasonic extraction condition of bamboo.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis indicated that ultrasound assisted extraction led to the extraction of guaiacol,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,vanillic acid,vanillin and sinapyl alcohol related to the lignin biosynthesis process of the bamboo fiber,and improved 2.6-fold the extraction efficiency of the functional substances of the bamboo bast fiber powder compared with the control group.And results from the comparative analysis of different experiments indicated that ultrasonic treatment at probe depth of 15mm and powder of 200Wwas the optimum processing condition of bamboo extraction,which shown a higher extraction effect from bamboo as well as the environmental protection without pollution totally.
