摘要
通过构建产业结构影响因素模型,探讨不同教育层次的人力资本对产业结构升级影响作用。以山西省为例,采用分位数回归分析方法对它们之间的影响关系进行实证研究,结果表明:1990-2018年山西省初等教育人力资本对产业结构优化影响作用不显著,中等教育和高等教育人力资本对产业结构优化起到促进作用,其中中等教育影响程度大于高等教育,但是中等教育人力资本的分位数回归系数呈现出下降趋势。最后根据实证结果提出相应对策建议。
Constructing the model of influencing factors of industrial structure, this paper discusses the influence of human capital at different levels of education on the upgrading of industrial structure.Taking Shanxi province as an example, using the quantile regression analysis method to empirical study of the influence of the relationship between them, the results show that during 1990-2018, elementary education human capital has no significant impact on industrial structure optimization in Shanxi province,secondary education and higher education human capital promote industrial structure optimization, the secondary education degree is greater than the higher education, but the quantile regression coefficient of secondary education human capital present a downward trend.Finally, some suggestions are put forward according to the empirical results.
