摘要
雄安新区作为北京"非首都"功能的承载地,物流需求增长迅速,为解决雄安新区大规模建设期建设物资物流服务及大规模建设期完成后生产生活物资物流服务需求,分析雄安新区铁路资源、铁路物流需求及京铁云平台,提出雄安新区绿色智慧物流体系构建方案,即:争取政府配套政策支持,构建"1+1+6+N"绿色智慧物流网络,加快雄安物流基地配套,建设雄安高速铁路物流设施,开展城市绿色配送行动,加强人才队伍建设,以推进雄安新区绿色智慧现代物流体系发展。
Xiong’an New Area’s demand for logistics is overgrowing, a region to undertake Beijing’s "non-capital" functions. To meet the needs of material logistics services during the large-scale construction period and for production and living afterward, based on an analysis of the Xiong’an New Area’s railway resources and logistics demand and Beijing railway cloud platform, this paper puts forward the strategies to establish a green intelligent logistics network in Xiong’an, which are: requiring government policy support, building a "1 + 1 + 6 + N" green and smart logistics network;speeding up the building of a supporting logistics base in Xiong’an, building logistics facilities for the Xiong’an highspeed railway;carrying out green urban logistics distribution;strengthening the building of a talent pool. These strategies are expected to facilitate the development of the green and intelligent logistics network in Xiong’an.
