摘要
针对某家用医疗雾化产品电磁兼容(EMC)中辐射发射项目测试,对不合格产品进行定位分析,根据检测结果制定切实可行的优化方案,明确了干扰源,并采取发射路径处理和干扰源处理两种整改方案;通过设计整改方案,从产品的设计初期引入EMC设计思想,且将EMC设计贯穿于产品开发的全过程,有效降低了整改成本,节约了整改时间,避免了医用电气设备EMC不符合的风险。
For the radiation emission project in the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) test of a household medical atomized product, the unqualified product is analyzed, according to the test results, we develop the feasible optimization scheme. Firstly, make it clear what the interference source is, afterwards the two schemes of emission path treatment and interference source treatment are adopted. By designing two improvement schemes, the idea of electromagnetic compatibility design is supposed to introduced from the beginning of product design, and the electromagnetic compatibility design should run through the whole process of product development. Only in this way, we can cost down and save the rectification time, the risk of the medical electrical equipment electromagnetic compatibility is reduced to ensure that the product through the EMC test, for electromagnetic compatibility tester and product researcher to provide the reference.
