摘要 目的探讨CEREC AC椅旁系统对冠部修复患者基牙牙周组织的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年2月于医院行冠部修复的89例患者作为研究对象,将接受CEREC AC椅旁系统修复的48例患者作为试验组,将接受常规修复的41例患者作为对照组,比较两组的牙周指数[牙周探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PI)和牙龈指数(GI)]。结果修复6个月后,两组SBI、GI均低于修复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PI、PD与修复前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组PI、GI与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PD、SBI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用CEREC AC椅旁系统行冠部修复可有效改善患者的PI和GI,对患者牙周组织影响较小。 Objective To investigate the effects of CEREC AC chairside system on periodontal indexes of abutment teeth after crown repair. Methods 89 cases underwent crown repair from June 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in our study. 48 cases were randomly assigned into experimental group who accept CEREC AC chairside system, other 41 cases were into control group, who were received traditional repair. The periodontal index of the two groups before and after 6 months of treatment were compared. Including probing depth(PD), sulcus bleeding index(SBI), plaque index(PI) and gingival index(GI). Results Six months after the repair, SBI and GI in the two groups were lower than before the repair, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 6 months of repair, there was no statistically significant difference in PI and PD between the two groups compared with before repair(P>0.05). After 6 months of repair, PI and GI in the experimental group were statistically significant compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). After 6 months of repair, there was no statistically significant difference in PD and SBI between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion CEREC AC chairside system seems to be superior to traditional methods in improving PI and GI, that CEREC AC system is less impact on periodontal tissue.
