云南省居家养老服务发展现状、问题及对策

The status,problems and countermeasures of the development of home-based elderly care services in Yunnan Province

通过文献梳理,归纳了云南省家居养老服务正向体系化、全面化发展的现状,介绍了昆明、曲靖、玉溪等地居家养老试点工作的成效,总结了云南省居家养老服务工作中还存在普及率低、城乡发展不均衡、服务内容单一、服务队伍建设滞后、缺乏规范化指导等问题。提出要加大服务宣传力度,丰富服务内容,扩大服务覆盖面,加快服务队伍建设,尽快制定服务与管理规范等建议。

Through literature teasing,the author concludes the situation of home-based elderly care services to the direction of systematism and generalization development,introduces the effect of home-based elderly care services pilot work in Kunming,Qujing and Yuxi,summarizes the problems of low popularizing rate,unbalance of urban and rural development,single service content,lagging service team construction,lack of normalize guidance and so on in home-based elderly care services working.It puts forward that strengthen service publicity,enrich service content,expand service coverage,accelerate service team construction,and formulate service and management standards as soon as possible.
