癌症患者生命质量测定量表体系之子宫内膜癌量表的条目筛选

[目的]开发适合中国患者使用的子宫内膜癌生命质量测定量表特异性模块,为临床诊疗和科学研究提供依据。[方法]通过文献检索和专家访谈对条目进行筛选和修改形成初步量表,对20例子宫内膜癌患者和20例医护人员进行问卷调查和访谈,采用变异系数法、相关系数法、克朗巴赫系数法、医生重要性评分及患者重要性评分5种方法对结果进行分析,再结合专家讨论对条目进行修改完善。[结果]结合统计学分析结果和专家讨论,最终形成含有10个条目的子宫内膜癌生命质量测定量表特异性模块部分。[结论]子宫内膜癌患者生命质量量表特异模块的形成严格遵守条目的筛选过程,具有较好的内容效度。

Objective To develop specific module of endometrial cancer QQL which fits Chinese patients so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.Methods Through literature review and expert interview,items were screened and modified to form initial scale.Questionnaire interview and survey were conducted in 20 patients with endometrial cancer and 20 medical staffs.The following five statistical methods such as coefficient of variation,correlation coefficient,cronbach alpha coefficient,doctor importance score and patient importance score were used to analyze the results.Results Combining the results of statistical analysis with expert discussion,the specific module contained 10 items of endometrial cancer QQL determination scale which was finally formed.Conclusions The formulation of specific module of endometrial cancer QQL determination scale followed close to the line of items screening process,and has good content validity.
