上海市社区卫生服务机构财政投入均衡性分析

Analysis on the balance of financial investment of community health service institution in Shanghai

对上海市综合人口、各社区卫生服务机构地理信息及财政投入数据,运用泰森多边形可视化方法分析财政对社区卫生服务机构投入的均衡性,为财政投入提供量化参考。结果显示:社区卫生服务机构人均财政投入郊区高于中心城区,但郊区的区内财政投入均衡性相对较低,提示财政投入应密切关注人口、服务量变化,充分发挥引导作用。

It analyzes synthesize population,geographic information of each community health service institution and the data of financial investment,the balance of financial investment to community health service institution by Thiessen polygon visualization method so as to provide quantitative reference for financial investment.The results shows that the per capita financial investment of community health service institution in suburb is higher than that in central urban area,but the balance of district financial investment in suburb area is relatively lower.We suggest that financial investment should pay close attention to the changes of population and service quantity,and give full play to guiding function.
