植物纤维改性制备纤维吸油材料的研究

摘要 以漂白阔叶木浆为原料,采用乙酸酐、丁二酸酐、乙酰氯和B改性剂对其进行改性处理制备吸油纤维材料。实验结果表明:丁二酸酐和B改性剂改性后纤维吸油性能较佳;丁二酸酐用量为1/2000(相对绝干浆)时,改性后浆板的吸石油率达到13.24 g/g,吸食用油率达到11.51 g/g;B改性剂用量为30 mL(相对1 g绝干浆)时,吸石油率达到14.15 g/g,吸食用油率达到12.83 g/g。 The oil-absorbing fiber material was studied by use of the modification of acetic anhydride,succinic anhydride,acetyl chloride and B modifier for bleached hardwood pulp.The results indicate that the fiber had higher oil absorption by the modification of succinic anhydride and B modifier.The fossil oil and cooking oil absorption rate of the succinic anhydride modified pulp was reached of 13.24 g/g and 11.51 g/g respectively at the modifier dosage of 1/2000(for try fiber);The fossil oil and cooking oil absorption rate of the B modifier modified pulp was reached of 14.15 g/g and 12.83 g/g respectively at the modifier dosage of 30 mL for per gram try fiber.
